Presenting the law-in-draft "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy PMR", one of its authors, Alexander Korshunov, referring to the content of the government's report, which clearly demonstrates that the stabilization measures taken by the state are not sufficiently effective.

The author's version of the law-in-draft proposed to empower the government to regulate the raising factor to the basic rate of tax on income. It was proposed for new production enterprises. The initiative involves the simplification of the taxation system and accounting by small and medium-sized businesses. Significant anti-crisis instrument seems to lawmakers as greater control over the activities of enterprises that receive state support. The minimum wage, according to the developers of the law-in-draft must be fixed at the same level since the beginning of the end of next year. In addition, it is proposed to expand the list of food products, the prices of which are regulated by the state.

Alexander Korshunov, answering the question of government representatives about what the fundamental difference between the parliamentary anti-crisis initiatives from the president one, rejected by the deputies in the recent past, said that their concepts are different. The President proposed measures to mitigate the negative impact of external factors on the economy of Pridnestrovie, and deputies tend to stabilize its condition as a whole.

Co-author of the document, Peter Pasat, in turn, said that the stumbling block in the discussion of measures proposed by the president was the norm empowering the government to introduce external management in enterprises. Other provisions, perhaps in a somewhat modified form, in the opinion of the legislators have the right to life. Probably many of them will be reflected in the parliamentary version of the anti-crisis draft law in preparation for the second reading.

As a result, the law-in-draft "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy PMR" was adopted by 23 votes in the first reading.
