23.09.2015

Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council continued parliamentary work in connection with officially failed today the plenary. They discussed the situation with some deputies ignoring their immediate responsibilities and set a date when it is implemented agenda of the meeting session. This need is due to the presence of a number of legislations whose consideration of procedural grounds cannot be delayed further. We are talking about anti-crisis initiatives submitted by lawmakers and the law-in-draft introduced by the President in the regime of legislative necessity with limited term decision on them.

Among the documents that need immediate attention – there is a new draft Tax Code. Committees in charge of issues of industrial and social policy have already issued the verdict on the document. Relevant committee - the Economic Policy, Budget and Finance has to prepare an official conclusion by the end of the week. The meeting is scheduled for Friday.

Majority of votes supported the proposal of speaker of parliament Mikhail Burla regarding a plenary meeting on Monday, 28 of September. The Presidium session will introduce the work of deputies.

Another solution of leaders of the working bodies of the Parliament - is to instruct the Commission for mandates, regulations and deputy ethics to prepare a draft declaration of the Supreme Council regarding inadmissibility of undertaken attempts to disrupt the plenary.
