The Lawmaking Plans

Members of the parliamentary presidium at the next meeting approved the agenda for the next plenary sessions. This month they are scheduled for February 14 and 28. The agenda of the meeting of the presidium of the legislature included legislations concerning amendments to the law "On the Republican Budget for 2018", activities of the central bank, mass media, personal data, youth policy.

The President sent an initiative to the Supreme Council in the regime of legislative necessity to adjust the main financial document. The law-in-draft, in order to ensure the President's exercise of constitutional powers regarding the establishment and rewarding of the state awards of the PMR, proposes to determine that the requirement of compulsory holding of a tender (competition) does not apply to contracts concluded by the Presidential Administration for the manufacture, purchase of medals and orders.
