Prepared for deputy corps consideration by the head of the republic's legislature prepared in the second reading assumes that the Commissioner for Human Rights in Pridnestrovie will be able to apply to state bodies and organizations on behalf of the applicant if rights and freedoms are violated. The basis for drafting the law-in-draft by the speaker was the citizens' appeals to the Supreme Council.
The changes proposed by the President of the Code on Administrative Violations are aimed at strengthening administrative responsibility for violations of the Rules of the Road.
Members of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance recommend the colleagues in the deputy corps to adopt it in the first reading initiated by the government law-in-draft, which approves the state program of denationalization and privatization in the PMR.
