The Club of Equal Opportunities was opened in Dubossary. Its main goal is to create conditions for communication of people with disabilities, providing them with all kinds of assistance.

Start of the club's work was given at the Dubossary School No. 2. The educational institution uses methods of inclusive education - they jointly teach children with disabilities and children who do not have such restrictions. Representatives of city associations, local authorities, as well as deputy of the Supreme Council in electoral district No. 13 Petr Pasat took part in the opening of the club.

The parliamentarian recalled that at the initiative of the Supreme Council, 2018 was declared the Year of Equal Opportunities. About 40,000 people with disabilities live in the republic. In Dubossary and Dubossary district there are about 2 thousand of them. The deputy drew attention to the need to install ramps to all important facilities in the cities and regions of the republic.

The Club of Equal Opportunities was created on the initiative of local authorities and the public organization "Tsvetik-Semitsvetik" (wishing flowe). The organizers plan to hold regular meetings, cultural and recreational and sporting events, master classes. Meetings of the Club of Equal Opportunities will be held monthly. Anyone can join the association. You must fill out a form, indicate information about yourself, your expectations and wishes to do this.

Members of the paratroopers union were the guests of the holiday. The guys watched the assembly and disassembly of an automatic rifle, some even managed to hold the real weapon in their hands. The creative numbers for the Day of the Defender of the Fatherland were presented by the pupils of the local school. There were pleasant surprises. The director of the Dubossary art school presented small souvenirs made by young craftsmen to members of the club.
