The Youth Parliament First Meeting in 2024

The Youth Parliament held its first meeting this year. The main issue on the agenda was the introduction of amendments to the Rules of the Youth Parliament under the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic.

Additions to the current Regulations were developed by deputies of the Commission on Mandates, Regulations and Deputy Ethics of the PMR Youth Parliament. The new norms relate to the legislative and rule-making activities of the Youth Parliament, as well as the functional responsibilities of committees and commissions. Young parliamentarians supported their colleagues' proposals unanimously.

There was validity of mandates of the new deputies by the Youth Parliament today. All of them are students of higher educational institutions of Pridnestrovie, future doctors and teachers who take an active part in the socio-political life of the republic.
