The first organizational Session

Deputy corps of Rybnitsa and district - is the most numerous in Pridnestrovie. This can be judged by the number of Deputies attending the first meeting of the session, Rybnitsa town and district council of the 25th convocation, directly from metallurgists and rural settlements of the district. Elected in the course of the single day in Pridnestrovie November 29, 2015 plenipotentiaries of Rybnitsa residents demonstrated enviable discipline the day of the first organizational session of the local representative bodies - all the 89 elected deputies were at the meeting. However, there was not all personnel of deputies, as in the two constituencies were not held elections to town and district council, another one - the chairman of the village council - the head of the village administration, which is a member of the representative body of the local authority for the post. The fact, that there was more against all than for a candidate at these districts of votes. By-elections in these districts in accordance with the existing legal framework, scheduled for the second Sunday in April 2016.

In general, the election campaign in the Rybnitsa district, which started with the first autumn days, as well as direct elections were held without major violations of the electoral legislation. This was mentioned by members of election commissions at various levels, to their opinion joined by proxies and observers from the candidates. Candidates for deputies of the local council included 99 people, immediately prior to election day reached 97 candidates. 55 people claimed for 23 seats of chairmen of village councils - the heads of administrations of villages. 43 constituencies were uncontested, the greatest competition was recorded in four districts, which have been registered by the three candidates. The election commission experts noted that in comparison with the last election campaign, which took place five years ago, the number of applicants seats of local importance declined by more than a half. There was opened 50 constituencies in Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district during voting 29 November 2015 (22 in Rybnitsa and 28 in the villages of the district). The official results of the popular vote will be published in tomorrow's issue of the local newspaper "The News".

Deputies of the Supreme Council of 6th convocation of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district, management of local state administration, members of the territorial election commission, as well as the guest of honor - the former chairman of Rybnitsa town and district council, led by the representative local authority in the 90's - early 2000s, Yefimy Vlasyuk took part in the first organizational session of the Rybnitsa City and District Council of People's Deputies.

Credentials of all 89 newly elected deputies were presented at the beginning of the session. The only candidate - Chairman of Rybnitsa City and District Council of People's Deputies of the previous convocation Vadim Lozovsky was offered for the election to the post of head of the deputies. His colleagues at the 24th convocation among many features, positively characterizing the former director of the secondary school №6 Rybnitsa, noted his desire to find compromises. No wonder Rybnitsa town and district council was called perhaps the only local representative bodies in the republic, which managed to establish constructive cooperation with the State Administration of Rybnitsa and Rybnitsa district.

The voting procedure for the head of Rybnitsa town and district council in the light prescribed in the provisions of the electoral law was a mystery. As a result out of the 89 deputies who took part in the election of their leader, 88 voted for Vadim Lozovsky, one - against.
