Government spending will increase on the fight against coronavirus, food in social institutions, the maintenance of a number of power ministries and departments. In addition, 52 million rubles have been redistributed for the purchase of medicines for COVID hospitals, 58 million will be added to the payment of COVID allowances for medical personnel, 16 million rubles will be spent on the purchase of a vaccine. An additional 2 million rubles will be spent on meals in boarding schools, orphanages and other social institutions.

This year, almost 5.5 million rubles will increase the cost of subsidizing the interest rate on soft loans. Changes have also been made to the law “On the budget of the Unified State Social Insurance Fund”. The fund's target income indicators increased by 25 million 800 thousand rubles. Pension expenses will increase by 41 million rubles.
