Readers received official organ of the Supreme Council – you can learn about the multifaceted activities of the deputies from the regular "The Councils of the People" newspaper edition.

Echoes of victory resounded in May and on the pages of the May issue of the parliamentary newspaper. It begins with a collection of new stories on the strengthening of inter-parliamentary cooperation with colleagues from the State Duma of the Federal Assembly of Russia, the Moscow Regional Duma, who visited our republic in celebration of the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War. Winning theme is reflected in the article "History is one for all", telling about International Cultural and patriotic conference "The Great Victory - one for all" that was held in Pridnestrovie, including the site of the legislature.

As before, the most urgent task for the republic is the need to search for recipes and medicines for the recovery of the economy in crisis of Pridnestrovie. Mainly the Part №5 of "The Councils of the People" newspaper is dedicated o it.

Two "top" publications of the next issue of the official publication of the Supreme Council - "Is there light at the end of the tunnel of the crisis?" and "Measures to stabilize the economy" are dedicated to development of measures to overcome the crisis in the economy and the social sphere. The first material is devoted to the discussion of the annual report of the Prime Minister on the activities of the supreme executive authority in the past year; second - to proposals of deputies to bring the economy out of the crisis, proposed by parliamentarians Alexander Korshunov and Peter Pasat in the form of the law-in-draft "On additional measures to stabilize the economy of PMR". Questions, answers, analysis, discussion, conclusions, assumptions and predictions about the fate of our economy - all this will be found in these publications.

Perhaps the most important part of parliamentary activities is to work with the voters. There are different forms of this work - meetings, reception of citizens on personal matters, events. The main thing is direct relationship with voters. That is called the material of our regular column "The work at the constituency".

And, as usual, the last page of the newspaper inform about the deputies, who celebrate anniversary birthday which coming months, as well as trying to cheer up a little burdened with hardships of everyday life readers with verbal pearls of deputies, government officials in favorite of all category "Humor helps us".
