15.07.2025

The agenda of the plenary session scheduled for July 16 includes draft laws prepared for consideration by the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance by decision of the Parliamentary Presidium. The deputy corps will consider tomorrow several legislations at once that amend the Customs Code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The first law-in-draft proposes to provide a benefit in the form of a reduced rate of duty for customs clearance of goods to chemical industry enterprises with a staff of 250 people. Such a measure of state support is available only to chemical industry enterprises that employ at least 500 people today. The second law-in-draft is aimed at regulating the procedure for completing the customs procedure for temporary import and creating favorable conditions for economic agents of Pridnestrovie.

Parliamentarians will discuss at the plenary session the amendments and additions to the law "On personal income tax" developed by deputies Viktor Guzun, Vadim Kravchuk and Pavel Shinkaruk. The law-in-draft proposes to extend the period for paying the tax accrued on tax returns to 180 days if its amount does not exceed 1000 minimum wages (10400 rubles).

The agenda of tomorrow's plenary session included issues for which the Committee on Legislation, Protection of Rights and Freedoms of Citizens is responsible by decision of the heads of parliamentary committees. Thus, deputies will consider a draft law concerning the acquisition of Pridnestrovian citizenship by birth, and law-in-draft aimed at adjusting the simplified procedure for registering land plots with a house or other real estate on July 16.
