The Parliament Tool in action

Lawmakers continue to actively use such tool of parliamentary activity as deputy inquiry. Today they have announced and supported three of them.

The authorship of the two inquiries belongs to Alexander Korshunov. He appealed to the Government for information on the work of the Moldavian Metallurgical Plant. The nature of this interest is connected with the provision of the right to reduce the company's current liabilities to pay tax on income of organizations. In order to ensure the feasibility and justification for the conclusion of such an agreement between the plant and the Government, the deputy asked for financial and tax reporting data for 2014 - 2016. This is not the first parliamentary attempt to shed some light in this direction. With similar issues addressed in the framework of the deputies of the draft budget for 2016, but then the result turned out to be zero. At this time, the answer must be given within a week.

Another inquiry of Alexander Korshunov associated with JSC "National Forwarding Company" activity.

The authorship of the third inquiry, voiced at today's plenary session, belongs to Vadim Krasnoselsky. Speaker returned to the problem of non-government opinions on legislations. To date, the official opinion of the executive power is not expressed on 22 initiatives, regulatory such spheres as taxation, social protection of the disabled and orphans pensions, the customs legislation. Legislations, which propose measures to stabilize the economy of Pridnestrovie are waiting for conclusion of the Government.
