How to deal with non-payers of utilities? What methods can be effective in solving the problem? To find answers to these questions and develop a mechanism for resolving them at the legislative level, open hearings will be held on January 16 in the Supreme Council. They were initiated by a specialized parliamentary committee on state regional policy. Top officials of the state, deputies of the Supreme Council, heads of ministries and departments of the republic, heads of state administrations, chairmen of Councils of people's deputies, heads of energy supply organizations, representatives of management companies, housing, housing cooperatives, homeowners associations are invited to talk. The hearing starts at 2 p.m.
