The Parliamentary Faction: the Results and Prospects

Before the plenary session was held a meeting of  "The Obnovlenie" parliamentary faction. Summing up the results of legislative activity members of the faction within the first session of the sixth convocation of the Supreme Council, the head of the parliamentary association Peter Pasat noted active work. An important result of the work in this period was the adoption of the two anti-crisis laws, the main financial document of the year - the law "On republican budget for 2016". As is known, the document was received by the legislature unbalanced, with a huge deficit. Therefore, the work of the deputies was sent to search for the sources of its coverage, the head of the parliamentary faction reminded.

Peter Pasat aimed his colleagues on the fruitful work over the next four months. The Supreme Council before September 10 receives the budget-2017 project. We already know that it will also be deficit. Stipulated expenses only by socio-protected articles exceed revenues by 600 million rubles. In addition, lawmakers will discuss such important documents as the forecast of socio-economic development for the next year and the concept of budget and tax policy in the medium term, developed by the government. Documents were received by the Supreme Council.
