The deputy corps supported in two readings amendments to the law “On state support for young families for the purchase of housing” in the course of the plenary meeting expanding the list of recipients of state subsidies for full or partial payment of a loan for the purchase of housing.
The list of potential recipients of such a subsidy included previously officers of the Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Soldiers, sergeants and warrant officers serving under contract will also be able to receive it at present.
The President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic proposed making changes to the law and providing additional support to military personnel of the Armed Forces of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. The new standards will come into force on January 1, 2024.
The new measures will not require additional costs from the republican budget, according to the chairman of the relevant parliamentary Committee on Social Policy and Healthcare Sergei Cheban. Financing of government subsidies will be carried out within the limits approved by the law on the republican budget for 2024.
The Supreme Council earlier this year included in the list of recipients of state subsidies for full or partial payment of a loan for the purchase of housing military personnel of the Ministry of State Security and State Security Service of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic and employees of the tax services of the Ministry of Finance of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. These categories of public sector workers will be able to take advantage of this measure of state support from the beginning of next year.
