The Law "On amendments to the Law of PMR "On state and municipal unitary enterprises", rejected by the President will be submitted to the deputies for re-examination. Earlier, the document prescribing the legal mechanism to work out in detail the current procedure for distribution of net profit of the unitary enterprises, was introduced as a legislative initiative of the Supreme Council Deputy Oleg Vasilaty. By decision of the Supreme Council the document, adopted on May 11 this year will be re-considered by the legislature during the plenary meeting scheduled for June 22.

The Committee on Agriculture, transport, construction, natural resources and environment prepared for the second reading the law-in-draft "On compulsory insurance of civil liability of vehicle owners". The document developed by a group of deputies (Efimy Koval, Oleg Bayev, Oleg Leontiev, Vadim Krasnoselsky, Igor Yarych and Sergey Pisarenko) for the settlement of legal relations arising in this area. According to the chairman of the relevant committee, more than 60 amendments have been considered in the preparation of the law-in-draft. Taking into consideration the importance and relevance of the law-in-draft, the Committee recommended the adoption in the second reading and stay in this mode for the detailed completion of an important document.

Deputy Galina Antyufeeva and Oleg Belyakov proposed changes to the laws "On Libraries" and "About bodies of local authorities, local government and public administration in Pridnestrovie". The authors of the legislative initiative considered it necessary to introduce establishing certain limitations associated with the procedure of liquidation or reorganization of municipal libraries in rural areas in the current legislation norms.

Members of the Presidium supported the initiative of the Chairman of the Committee on Economic Policy Alexander Martynov, who proposed to invite the head of the Accounting Chamber Svetlana Izmestieva to tomorrow's plenary meeting.

The next plenary meeting is scheduled for June 22.
