Abolition of State Duty for Domestic Manufacturers

The deputy corps supported the proposal of the Government to abolish the state duty for entrepreneurs who want to use the "Buy Pridnestrovian!" when labeling their products. According to the current legislation, in order to officially transfer to organizations the right to use this trademark, you must pay a state fee. According to the developers of the law-in-draft, such conditions complicate the process of connecting our producers to the project.

The Supreme Council supported this initiative and adopted the law-in-draft in the first reading. The deputies consider that the abolition of the state duty for using the "Buy Pridnestrovian!" sign will be another step for the promotion of goods of domestic producers in our republic.

Let us remind you that the project to support local producers and promote their products on the domestic market "Buy Pridnestrovian!" has been around for several years. The project's activities have been included in the state program for the support and development of entrepreneurship since 2019. One of the goals of the project is to form a single brand for our manufacturers. The special sign was registered in the republic, uniting all Pridnestrovian goods for this.
