There was a meeting of the republic's leadership with representatives of the All-Pridnestrovian People's Forum in the House of official receptions. It was attended by President Vadim Krasnoselsky, Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, legislators, head of the government Alexander Martynov, representatives of ministries. Representatives of the presidium of the public organization, heads of regional branches presented the All-Pridnestrovian People's Forum.

The first congress of the People's Forum, was held in November last year, brought together thousands of Pridnestrovians who are worried about the fate of Pridnestrovie. In March this year, the II Congress adopted the charter and program of the public association. They talked about the importance of the country's economic development, the importance of respecting the principle of partnership between business and government, and the consolidation of society. These issues are still relevant today. The leader of the Pridnestrovians People's Forum, Vadim Krasnoselsky, welcoming the audience, noted the importance of the All-Pridnestrovian People's Forum as a platform for discussing the situation in the country and developing ideas aimed at addressing various issues of concern to Pridnestrovians.

The two-hour dialogue highlighted the most acute problems of the day. Among the first – was devaluation of the ruble. As the head of state noted, last year about one billion rubles were unsecured. They were used as a "pump" for pumping currencies. The damage caused, unfortunately, affects the state of the economy and financial systems. That's why the "currency corridor" is like that. It was a complex, but verified and calculated decision.

At the same time, the Prime Minister noted that today the main task is to initiate damage: to lower the rate of inflation, to exclude the speculative component, to ensure the stability of social payments. Compensatory mechanisms have already been included, the tariff policy has been amended - tariffs will not increase. The cost of communication services, fuel and lubricants will not grow either. In addition, the cost of entrepreneurial patent was earlier reduced, the social norm for gas was increased, and a free transportation for pensioners was introduced. In connection with the current situation, the president instructed to pay special attention to the prices of medicines, to find out why many drugs are much more expensive in our country than in neighboring countries.

As the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba emphasized, the deputy corps does not relieve itself of responsibility for implementing the policy in the financial sphere.
