Tax legislation, support of industrial enterprises, tax monitoring and social guarantees of the state - these and other issues were the subject of an open dialogue during the meeting of the republic's leadership and representatives of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie. It was initiated by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky. Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, head of the government Alexander Martynov, heads of ministries, legislators, and representatives of the business community took part in the discussion of topics of interest to the whole society.
Interesting conversation was started with the discussion of the most significant themes. Undoubtedly, it concerned the package of tax legislations submitted for discussion in the parliament. In order for the laws to come into effect on January 1 of the next year, they must be adopted by the legislature, signed by the President and published in the official media until October 1.
The business expects an early adoption of a Law, providing for a reduction in tax rates. Executive Director of the Union of Industrialists, Agrarians and Entrepreneurs of Pridnestrovie Vladimir Berkovich recalled the background of the issue.
Concerns among industrialists, as well as representatives of the Federation of Trade Unions of Pridnestrovie, prompted a proposal to increase by more than 1.5 times the deductions to the Unified State Social Insurance Fund, from which pensions and benefits are paid. This will affect all working citizens.
Not less concern, especially among small businesses, was caused by a law-in-draft that provides for tax audits depending on the degree of risk to the activities of taxpayers. According to entrepreneurs, the document requires further development and its entry into force is possible from January 1, 2019. During this time, businesses will be able to test themselves in this system.
As explained by the Chairman of the Government, proposed by the supreme executive body measures were developed in the absence of sources of payment of the budget deficit. As for the existing tax administration system, it is behind the times, said Alexander Martynov, so the government is studying the experience of Russia and Kazakhstan. The head of government also announced that tax and business codes will be developed in Pridnestrovie.
During the meeting, other important issues were also discussed. They concerned the possibility of participation of our enterprises in the Russian import substitution program, the organization in the Russian Federation of the exhibition "Buy Pridnestrovian", the training of workers in the republic, the education of a respectful attitude to the workman.
The way from the worker to the successful leader was the deputy of the Supreme Council, the general director of "Kvint" Oleg Bayev. Today he has been working at the oldest enterprise of the republic for 50 years. Participants of the meeting cordially congratulated Oleg Markovich on the anniversary date.
