Report of Rybnitsa district following the results of 2022

More than 66 thousand people live in Rybnitsa district, almost 43.5 thousand in the city and about 23 thousand in the villages. What is planned to be done this year for the development of rural areas and what has already been done for the city and the district was discussed in the course of the meeting on the results of the work of the local state administration for 2022. The report was presented to the President, the leadership of the legislative and executive authorities, deputies of the Supreme Council by the Head of the Rybnitsa State Administration Viktor Tyagay. He noted in the course of the meeting that attention will be paid to the centralized removal of solid waste and the condition of roads.

Almost 1.4 million rubles were allocated for the overhaul of roads last year. The gravel and crushed stone of roads "Rybnitsa-Andreevka" and "Rybnitsa-Broshtyany" was changed to asphalt concrete. The work was carried out under the program for the development of the road industry on public roads owned by the state. More than 16 million rubles were allocated as a subsidy to finance the program. Approximately 14.5 million rubles went to finance the program for the repair of public roads. Necessary repairs of roads and sidewalks were carried out in microdistricts of the city and in villages, as well as new ones were built or existing city storm sewers were cleaned.

Viktor Tyagay spoke about the implementation of the program of the Capital Investment Fund last year. 9 million rubles were allocated for facilities in Rybnitsa. For example, a mini-football field was built in Russian school No. 6, they made kiddie rides with electric cars and overhauled the summer stage area in the park named after Kirov, the territory of kindergartens No. 3 and 17 was paved with paving slabs, work was carried out on the sports ground of the boarding school in Mayakovsky Street.

Work was carried out under the Capital investment fund program last year in the village of Krasnenkoe to provide residents with centralized water supply (3rd and 4th districts of the village). 1.5 million rubles were allocated for these purposes. The work will be completed this spring.

Viktor Tyagay spoke about the program of the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Orders. The interests of the residents are represented by 5 deputies of the Supreme Council in Rybnitsa district. 350000 rubles allocated for each constituency last year were used to fulfill the mandates of voters. For example, a large parking lot appeared in Rybnitsa in Valchenko Street, city sports grounds and playgrounds in villages were repaired, necessary equipment (household, computer and office equipment) was purchased for educational institutions. There was a city program of the Fund for the Execution of Voters' Orders.

Viktor Tyagay spoke about the implementation of other state targeted programs. The state administration helped 6 families by issuing 100 thousand rubles for 5 years at 1% per annum under the municipal program of preferential lending to young families. 8 orphans received their own housing, the state spent 1 million 688 thousand rubles for these purposes.

Viktor Tyagay also spoke at the meeting about other works carried out for the development of the city and the region: repair of roofs, entrances, replacement of windows in apartment buildings, attention was paid to schools and kindergartens.

The PMR President Vadim Krasnoselsky at the end of the meeting directed the Head of state administration for this year work, and thanked the representatives of local authorities and deputies of the Supreme, city and district Councils for productive well-coordinated work.
