How well the courtyard, the adjacent territory and the house itself are landscaped, largely depends on the people who live in this house. It is obvious, but all the tenants' initiatives, their wishes and opinions on what is needed for the house, someone should collect, summarize and highlight the main thing. In this area, it is difficult to overestimate the work of house committees. Basically, these are real activists who collect all the wishes of residents, prioritize and find opportunities to implement all projects. Often the initiatives come from the house committees. So it was this time. The new chairman of the house committee of the house number 58 in Leningradskaya street in Bendery invited the deputy of the Supreme Council and the deputy of the city council, who were elected in the Solnechny district, to a meeting with the residents of the house. To discuss issues of concern, exchange views, express their proposals for the improvement of the yard and area.

The courtyard of house No. 58 in Leningradskaya Street really differs in that there are no holes on the road in front of the house, in the courtyard there is a good playground and flower beds.

Sergei Yavorsky became the house committee not so long ago, he has been doing this social work for only a couple of months. They managed to do a lot even during this period of time. New benches in the courtyard, a fence on the playground so that children do not run out onto the road and there are no injuries. 

Patching repairs have been carried out in the yard in recent months. Capital is also planned for the future. Asphalt surface was completely replaced near each entrance. They are going to paint the base on the facade of the house in the future.

Deputy of the Supreme Council immediately answered the tenants when asked why such meetings are rare. There are 90 apartment buildings in the microdistrict. Tenants of each want to meet. It was in this house that there was a fairly long period when the chairman of the house committee was not at all. Now such a person has appeared.

Residents of house no. 58 in Leningradskaya Street noted: over the past five years, the microdistrict has changed a lot. Beautiful flower beds, bushes and trees have appeared, new asphalt paths lead to the houses, fences and many new playgrounds have been installed. One of the global projects that we managed to implement is the trolleybus line, which is now in Matsneva and Leningradskaya streets. Today, the entire microdistrict is, as it were, looped around by a trolleybus line.

People at the meeting expressed their suggestions and comments on all issues of concern to them. For example, the problem of the planned construction of a parking lot behind the house was raised. Not all residents of the house agree that this is necessary. For parking, you will have to cut down the trees that grow near the house. In addition, there is a paid parking lot near the house.

Deputy of the Bendery City Council Oleg Tarasov, who was also present at the meeting, assured the residents of the house that such decisions are made after a detailed analysis and only on condition that the project meets all the requirements of construction and feasibility.

Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov repeatedly emphasized during the meeting: everything that has been done in recent years is teamwork. Thanks to this teamwork of deputies and local activists, it was possible to do a lot. This includes the construction of staircases, handrails for the convenience of the elderly, and sidewalk paths under the Pathway project. Neat fences appeared around the front gardens in the houses.

There is still a lot of work in the Solnechny microdistrict. All projects can only be implemented together, by one big team.
