The Government of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic submitted to the Parliament a legislative initiative designed to consolidate the concept of "state order" for exemption from customs duties and excise duties on those goods and services that are financed from the budgets of various levels. This will allow, according to the Government, not only to simplify the procedure for registering goods when crossing the Pridnestrovian border, but possibly to partially reduce the cost of the goods themselves. The deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic agreed with the initiative and adopted a package of legislations in the first reading.
The law-in-draft is about the mandatory participation of the state (including municipal) customer as one of the parties to the contract. Moreover, the contract must be concluded by the state (municipal) customer as a party to the contract or provide for the further gratuitous transfer of goods to organizations and institutions that are financed from the budgets of various levels.
