Optimizing the cost of elections

Parliamentarians in the course of the plenary session considered the draft decree of the Supreme Council "On approval of cost estimates for the preparation and conduct of a single day of voting for elections of deputies of the Supreme Council, and the elections to the local authorities and local authorities November 29, 2015". The costs of the single day of voting are planned in the national budget. According to information, provided by the Chairman of the Central Election Commission Elena Gorodetskaya, they make up approximately 6 300 thousand rubles. Taking into account the difficult socio-economic situation in the republic, members of the CEC carried out work to optimize the originally planned expenditures. Savings will be achieved by mean of the implementation of the territorial election commissions the functions of county. Costs were also reduced by reducing the size of compensation to members of election commissions.
