The Public Procurement Optimal Mechanism

Introduction of the law “On Procurement in Pridnestrovie” into execution was postponed from July 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021. The deputies made the corresponding changes to the law "On the budget for 2020". In order not to disrupt the current work of state institutions, it was decided to introduce the law on procurement in the PMR in stages.

In order to get acquainted with the law in practice at all levels of the state, in addition to state unitary enterprises, ministries and departments that are already participating in the pilot project, a number of municipal enterprises have been included. They will be guided by the law “On Procurement in Pridnestrovie” from July.
