The agenda was defined

The first plenary session of the State Duma of the seventh convocation will be held on 5 October in 12 hours. The oldest MP, representative of the Communist Party Zhores Alferov opens it. Next to him three more elders: Valentina Tereshkova (UR), Vladimir Zhirinovsky (LDPR), Galina Khovanskaya (CP).

The President, Prime Minister and his deputies, chairman of the Federation Council, State Duma of the sixth convocation, appointed to the post of Director of the Foreign Intelligence Service, the members of the Council of Legislators of the Presidium of the Federal Assembly, Chairman and members of the Central Election Commission, the head of the Constitutional and Supreme Courts, Accounting Chamber and the Central Bank, the Attorney General, the mayor of Moscow, the Ombudsman, the Secretary of the Public Chamber, President of the CCI and the RSPP, Chairman of the FITUR were invited at the meeting October 5.

Deputies at the first meeting elect Chairman of the State Duma and his deputies, as well as the chairmen and vices of twenty-six committees. There will be registration of parliamentary factions. The first plenary meeting will also approve the schedule of work of the Chamber for the fall session.
