The Presidium of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic determined the date of the next plenary meeting in the course of regular meeting. It is scheduled for the 15th of February. The next one will be held tomorrow, the 8th of February. Members of the Presidium considered a number of legislations prepared for consideration in the course of the plenary sessions by the Committee on Education, Public Associations and Mass Media and the Committee on Economic Policy.
The Presidium in particular submitted for tomorrow's plenary session the amendments and additions to the laws "On Education", "On the Development of Primary and Secondary Vocational Education", "On Higher and Postgraduate Vocational Education", "On the State Civil Service of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic" and in the Labor code of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic, which change the approach to the procedure for working out studies at the expense of budgetary funds. Parliamentarians will discuss and consider legislations and amendments to them in the second final reading. The Supreme Council will consider changes to the law on income tax for young professionals.
The Supreme Council plans to adopt a statement in connection with the adoption by the Moldovan Parliament of amendments to the Criminal Code of the Republic of Moldova “for separatism” tomorrow, the 8th of February.
