Colleagues from the Moscow regional and city councils shared experience of practical solutions to economic problems with Pridnestrovian deputies. In particular, our parliamentarians praised the practice of Moscow residents for use in urban management criteria of efficiency of use of industrial plants. Participants of the briefing in the Supreme Council noted the importance of using the experience, because now there is an urgent need to improve the efficiency of state and municipal enterprises.
Another practical advice from colleagues in Moscow - is the opening of an electronic platform for the tender procedures in the determination of the Executive of state and municipal orders. This measure, according to Parliamentarians will help to make the tendering process not only open and accessible to everyone, but save budgetary funds. This mechanism has already proven effective in Moscow region.
