Today's plenary meeting, like the previous one, was held in a skype conference mode. This format will continue until the end of the state of emergency in our republic. The law on measures of state support for enterprises and ordinary citizens of the republic was adopted by the Supreme Council two weeks ago. Today, deputies worked on clarifying and concretizing some of the norms of the law, so that in the process of implementing the document there would be no contentious issues.

The law on state support during the state of emergency clarified the wording on the list of documents that will continue to operate during the state of emergency, and issues related to financial support for a number of categories of citizens.

The law adopted today also extends the term of the power of attorney for receiving a pension and the term for accepting an inheritance.

The deputy corps decided to increase the amount of financial resources that the government can use to implement measures to combat the pandemic from April 1 to June 30. The executive branch will be able to spend 80 million rubles for these purposes.

All amendments and additions to the laws “On state support during the state of emergency 2020” and “On the republican budget for 2020” were adopted by the deputy corps in two readings as the laws and were sent to the president for signature.
