Online data exchange

The data that are in the civil registry offices will be available for the Unified State Social Insurance Fund and tax authorities. There will be a possibility to send an electronic request for information of interest. Thus, citizens will be exempted from providing the necessary certificates. Deputies of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic adopted the law-in-draft in the final reading in the course of the plenary online meeting today.

The amendment of the norms of the law "On acts of civil status" is associated with the operation of the system of interdepartmental data exchange. The new mechanism will shorten the time for the provision of public services.

The amendments to the law also prescribe the ability to request information from the databases of the registry office to the Ministry of State Security.

The adopted amendments to the law "On acts of civil status" were sent for signature to the President of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. It will come into force after their official publication.
