They were perished sometime in our land...

The Parliament Speaker Aleksandr Shcherba, deputies of the Supreme Council took part in the morning rally dedicated to the sorrowful date - the 25th anniversary of the start of large-scale aggression of Moldova against the young Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. Flower laying ceremony was held in the capital Memorial of Glory, where perished the first defenders of the Pridnestrovian statehood, died March 3 fighting on the territory of the regiment in the Civil Protection Cochiery.

The President Vadim Krasnoselsky opened the meeting. He returned the participants by a quarter of a century ago, when the festival "Martsishor" was painted in dark colors.

Direct participants of those tragic events - the first President of PMR Igor Smirnov, a member of the consultative assembly of the first Pridnestrovian deputies, headed 1991-1992  the republic's Defense Committee Vladimir Rylyakov, Deputy Chairman of the Tiraspol City Council, Chairman of the Republican Union of Pridnestrovie Vladimir Buchka reminded "as it was" in a speech to the townspeople.
