04.06.2015

The law-in-draft of deputies of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and Peter Pasat "On additional measures aimed at stabilizing the economy of PMR" has been the subject of discussion in the framework of the round table in the parliament. Let’s remember, the deputy developed the document in tandem, called "anti-crisis" that was adopted by the deputies in the first reading.

The reporter also spoke about the measures to be taken to get the economy out of the crisis. According to him, firstly, to decide on the model of the state; secondly, to improve the quality of public administration; third, to conduct an independent audit of public authorities; fourthly, to achieve fiscal consolidation, reducing the tax burden, reduce the deficit budget, reducing government spending to 25% of GDP; the fifth, improve the investment climate.

Advisor to the Speaker informed the participants of the round table with the main proposals of authors of the anti-crisis of the legislative initiative.

The industry leaders, representatives of the construction and transport industries took up the discussion relay. All were unanimous in the opinion that the anti-crisis measures need to be taken more online. Managers of enterprises of light industry ("Intertsentr Lux", "Vestra", "Floare") care leaching of working capital as a result of exchange rate fluctuations, the decline in production, a decrease in the number of orders, reduction of interest rates on loans. In their view, the policy of tax collection should be effective not only for the state but also for businesses that need to provide employment, develop, modernize and regularly pay taxes to run the state social obligations.

Chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council for Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Oleg Vasilaty summed up the round table meeting in an interview with reporters.
