Oleg Vasilaty, "Economics needs care as a tree"

The main objective of the developed documents - the development of Pridnestrovian economy, raising living standards of citizens. One of the packages, in particular, is proposed to prescribe a number of norms that establish equal conditions of taxation and a ban on the establishment of individual tax privileges and preferences; requirements for the executive and the legislature in terms of the development and approval of the state budget provided for socially protected items; a ban on the establishment of the President and the public authorities of non-state non-budgetary funds. The author also considers it necessary to create a center of strategic reforms and developments under the President.
