Members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council in the course of the next meeting approved the agenda of the next plenary sessions. There are initiated by a large group of people's deputies the amendments to the Constitution among legislations for consideration, proposed by a deputy corps. It is about determining the place of various officials, structures exercising authority on behalf of the state, in the hierarchy of state power. This concerns the president as the highest official of the state, the Supreme Council, the Government, the courts (Supreme and Arbitration), the central bank, the Central Election Commission, the Prosecutor's Office, the Accounts Chamber, the Human Rights Ombudsman.
The Committee of the Supreme Council for the Development of Entrepreneurship and Industry is responsible for considering two legislations, aimed at changing the norms of the laws "On the Individual Business Patent" and "On the Customs Tariff". There are reasons to suppose that this type of business can be done in small rural settlements where specialized enterprises for cleaning and removing garbage do not work.
The essence of another legislative initiative, passed through the parliamentary committee for the development of entrepreneurship, is to enable motor transport enterprises engaged in regular passenger transportation to import cars at preferential customs tariffs. This is due to the fact that their car fleet is outdated and needs to be updated. A new legal norm will allow organizations to purchase equipment. At the same time, during the first three years, motor vehicles imported at preferential customs tariffs cannot be sold or in any way alienated.
In the course of tomorrow's plenary session of the Supreme Council, the people's deputies will consider the report on the activities of the PRB in 2016; recognize the powers of the parliamentarians Yuri Kravchuk and Ruslan Gareev elected in Bendery who have already expressed a desire to engage in lawmaking in committees on public associations and social protection.
The next plenary session is scheduled for November 1.
