"Solnechny" microdistrict. Transformation

Intra-courtyard territories continue to be improved in the Solnechny microdistrict of Bendery. Deputy of the Supreme Council for the electoral district Number 1 Alexander Korshunov and the deputies of the Bendery City Council help residents of the microdistrict in this. The roadbed was in a terrible state in the courtyard of houses Number 36 and Number 38 in Leningradskaya Street: a hole in a pit, as after a bombing. People first complained, and then made a proposal to repair the passage in the courtyard in the program of the deputy's orders. The situation with the roadbed was corrected in 2018 at the expense of a special Fund of Voters' Orders.

"Solnechny" is one of the largest residential neighborhoods in the city of Bendery. More than 10 thousand people live here. There are more than 100 residential buildings in the district Number 1. The first high-rise buildings were built at the end of the 60s of the XX century. Since then, there have been no overhaul of internal driveways here. The number of cars is increasing every year, the roads are wearing out, there is almost no asphalt pavement left. Some of the driveways in the courtyards were washed out by water, and deep holes were formed.

There was practically no asphalt pavement near the house number 9 in Matsneva Street. The road has been in pits for many years. Storm sewers were not installed during the construction of a multi-storey building, so the water destroyed the asphalt. The order to the deputy was to repair the passage in the courtyard was voiced by voters at a meeting of residents, and it was included in the program back in 2015. Everything changed in 2019: the repair of the driveway in front of the house was also financed from the Voter Mandate Fund.

New comfortable gazebos appeared in the courtyard of the house on Matsneva Street. Now both adults and children gather in them. The deputies helped with the repair and construction of the pavilions. The residents of the house also dream of a small square with merry-go-rounds and swings appearing on an empty meadow near a high-rise building.

The emphasis is on the repair of driveways in the Solnechny district. This year, we made medium repairs of roads in the courtyards of multi-storey buildings No. 40 and 42 along 40 Let Pobedy Street. The old asphalt pavement was replaced. They spent 200 thousand rubles on repairs. Now the residents of these houses are not afraid of any weather conditions.

The Voter Order Fund not only solves urgent issues, but also activates initiatives from the residents of the district. Two years ago, in the courtyard of house no. 46 on 40 years of Pobedy street, an average repair of the passage was made. The residents decided to continue the improvement. The paths and steps near the house were laid with paving slabs, handrails, benches were installed, flowers were planted in the flower beds. Now it is one of the most beautiful and cozy courtyards in the Solnechny microdistrict.

In just four years of the operation of the Voter Mandate Fund program in the Solnechny district of Bendery, the driveways and territories near 10 apartment buildings were repaired. The work plan for the Voters Mandate Fund for 5 years has been formed together with the constituency voters and is awaiting its implementation.
