The "Komsomolsky" constituency: joint work of deputies of all levels yields results

16.11.2021

The "Komsomolsky" constituency number 32 is a large part of the "Oktyabrskiy" microdistrict in Tiraspol. The electoral district of the deputy of the Supreme Council Andrey Mezhinsky is divided into 5 districts according to the Tiraspol City Council. Deputies of all levels work together, as one big team. Odesskaya, Krasnodonskaya, Yunosti and Kakhovskaya streets are along the perimeter of the "Komsomolsky" constituency.

Replacing windows in the entrances of high-rise buildings

There are 124 multi-storey buildings in the constituency. These are mainly 4 and 5-storey buildings. The deputies of both local and the Supreme Council, based on appeals from residents, decided to pay the greatest attention to replacing old windows inside the entrances of houses. The microdistrict was built from the 50-60s of the XX century, the problem of emergency window frames had to be solved.

The house number 17 in Yunosti Street in Tiraspol belongs to the site of this city council deputy. Pavel Solodky notes: this five-story building is a good example of interaction between the deputies of the Supreme and local Councils. 48 thousand rubles from the Fund of Voters' Orders of a Deputy of the Supreme Council were directed to replace windows in 4 entrances of this house, in two other entrances the windows were replaced according to the program of instructions of a deputy of the Tiraspol City Council in 2021. Parliamentarian Andrei Mezhinsky this year sent more than 205 thousand rubles to replace windows in the entrances to 8 more addresses in the “Komsomolsky” constituency from the Fund of Voters' Orders. Among them there are houses in Komsomolskaya Street 1, 2/1 and 9, which are included in the district of the city council deputy Irina Burlachenko. Almost 90% of high-rise buildings in this area of Balka microdistrict are with new windows.

Repair of entrances in multi-storey buildings

Another area that deputies of all levels of the “Komsomolsky” constituency pay attention to is the renovation of the entrances of numerous high-rise buildings. Every year, the deputies of both the Supreme and City Councils try to fulfill the requests of the residents and put in order the staircases in the houses, sometimes even at the expense of own funds or funds of the Tirotex enterprise where the deputy team works. This year, several entrances at two addresses in the constituency of the City Council Deputy Viktor Krondev were repaired at the expense of the Fund of Voters' Orders, which were allocated from the state budget for the constituency of the Deputy of the Supreme Council Andrei Mezhinsky. Approximately 75 thousand rubles were spent on repairs. Now the entrances are not only clean and fresh, but also cozy. Residents arrange flowerpots and hang pictures.

Improvement of territories

The finances that are included in the city and republican budgets under the programs of Voters’ Orders are evenly distributed in the "Komsomolsky" constituency. None of the 5 urban districts that make up "Komsomolsky" is left without funds to fulfill the requests and problems of voters. The residents know the deputies on the Balka by sight - they will not be able to pass by unnoticed. House committee chairmen and activists go out to talk and discuss what else needs to be done for their home.

Andrei Mezhinsky sent 70 thousand rubles from the Republican Fund of Voters' Orders to the constituency of the deputy of the City Council Andrei Volkovich. With these funds, a path was paved with paving slabs along the house number 76 on Odessa street. It connects Odesskaya Street with polyclinic # 4, leads to Rachmaninov's school and kindergarten.

Improvement of public areas is also carried out at the expense of voters' orders from the city budget. In the houses on Odesskaya Street No. 72 and 74, visors have been installed above the entrances, playgrounds and exercise equipment for adults have been equipped.

Plans for the execution of orders for 2022

Deputies of the Tiraspol City Council of the "Komsomolsky" district, headed by the deputy of the Supreme Council Andrei Mezhinsky, are already discussing a plan to fulfill the orders of voters for the next year. Of course, it will include the continuation of work on the replacement of windows in the entrances, partly repairs and improvement of play areas for children and large-scale work on the construction of parking lots and pedestrian paths. It was decided to lay a completely new sidewalk along the house 4/2 in Komsomolskaya Street. It's never been here. Pedestrians, including children, move along the same road in parallel with cars. This is especially dangerous during rush hours - there are two school buildings and kindergartens nearby.

Deputy of the Supreme Council of the Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic Andrei Mezhinsky holds meetings on work in the "Komsomolsky" constituency twice a month. Orders, requests and wishes of voters are discussed. The deputies are always in touch with the residents of "Komsomolsky": they apply to Viber and through social networks, call and write letters. The constituency voters know that a decision will be made and an answer given for each appeal.
