The "Southern" constituency No. 8: instructions of voters to improve the infrastructure of villages

The "Southern" constituency No. 8 is located in Grigoriopol district of our republic, approximately 11 thousand voters live in its 10 villages. It was decided after a detailed study of citizens' appeals in 2022 to direct the allocated money from the Voter Orders Fund to objects that are important for the residents of the district.

The village of Speya 

One of these facilities was a sports hall in the village of Speya in 2022. It was converted from a club building built in the middle of the last century. The hall was idle for a long time, being in an emergency condition. The building and roof were in need of a major overhaul. The village council decided to give the gym a new life in 2006. Repairs were made. The villagers turned to their deputy for help to complete all the work.

The need of young people and villagers for a place where they can spend their leisure time, develop physically and play sports has become a decisive factor in choosing a site for the voter execution program. Now children, teenagers and adult residents of Speya have comfortable conditions to engage in physical education and various sports. It is better to instill a healthy lifestyle from childhood, the villagers of Speya are sure.

The village of Shipka 

Many residents of the village fondly remember their house of culture, within its walls they celebrated temple holidays, participated in concerts, had fun at dances, and studied in circles in the Grigoriopol village of Shipka. The date of construction of the house of culture is not known unfortunately, but the old-timers say that its history goes back to the distant years of the beginning of the last century.

Most of the infrastructure has exhausted its resource and needs to be updated the last overhaul and reconstruction took place almost 40 years ago.

Changing windows, especially in large quantities, is an expensive pleasure. The Fund for the Execution of Orders of Voters helped. Deputy Vladimir Pelin allocated the funds for the installation of 12 windows in the House of Culture of Shipka. It is warm and dry, thanks to these windows both in the Casamara and in the entire House of Culture. For the first time in many years, children can be creative and be in the building without outerwear.

The boundaries of the electoral districts of the deputies of the Supreme Council have expanded in 2020. Three villages of the Grigoriopol district were attached to the constituency Number 8 "Southern". Therefore, there is work, and there are always enough orders for the deputy program. A number of other works are planned for the funds allocated for 2022 from the Fund for the Execution of Orders of Voters.

The parliamentarian is already compiling a list of mandates of the voters of constituency Number 8 for execution in 2023.
