Deputy corps unconditionally supported the proposal of the Speaker of Parliament, Vadim Krasnoselsky to improve the legislation of the individual entrepreneur patent. Currently pridnestrovians working in another settlement where they are registered  are forced to acquire the republican patent that gives the right to work in the entire Pridnestrovie. This document is more expensive than a patent. Chairman of the Supreme Council, based on the numerous appeals of citizens, suggested a new mechanism. Now, a person wishing to obtain a patent will have to apply to the territorial tax inspectorate at the place of residence, indicating the administrative and territorial unit, which plans to carry out activities. In order not to disturb the balance of the proceeds to local budgets, The fee for the patent will be made at the rates established by public authorities of the city or district in which the entrepreneur plans to operate, and sent, according to the distribution, to the republican and local budgets (at the place of residence of the patentee).

The initiative to amend the law "On the individual entrepreneur's patent" was adopted in the final reading and sent for signature to the President.
