Security at public expense

The current legislation requires the provision of state protection to the former president and vice-president, the current president and his family, as well as heads of the Government, the Supreme Council of the Constitutional, Supreme, Court of Arbitration, the prosecutor of the republic, the Commissioner for Human Rights.

Information that Talgat Baytaziev was guarded from the budget was received by the deputy Andrei Safonov in quantity of 10 persons was provided during the management of JSC "Moldova Steel Works" Talgat Baytaziev. The Parliamentarian proposed the initiative to send the deputy inquiry to the head of Security Service of the President of PMR to determine reliability of the data. Colleagues deputies supported the proposal.

Perhaps in the future it will be initiated investigation of other facts of the past years funded from the national budget of the State Guard not named in the applicable law persons. The decision was made to request information on the citizen. The answer would be received in the allotted by law pariod 10 days.
