The next measure of social support

Deputies of the Supreme Council adopted the law "On Making Addenda to the Law of the PMR "On the Republican Budget 2018" on the 30^th of May. It was entered into force June 8 after signing it by the President Vadim Krasnoselsky.

Expenses for sanatorium treatment for privileged categories of citizens are classified as socially protected budget items in accordance with the document. The list of citizens entitled to free holding includes veterans of the Great Patriotic War; participants of military actions to protect the PMR, as well as in the territory of other states; families of dead or dead servicemen; invalids as a result of injury, contusion, injury or disease received during the defense of the Republic, while performing duties of military service or official duties in the territory of other states during periods of military operations; participants in the liquidation of the consequences of the Chernobyl disaster; citizens who became invalids, received or suffered radiation sickness, other diseases associated with radiation exposure, as a result of the Chernobyl nuclear disaster, tests of nuclear weapons before the date of their actual cessation and training, an accident at the Mayak production association and discharges of radioactive waste into the Techa River .

The law signed by the President establishes that funds for the purchase of permits for sanatorium and resort treatment of these citizens amount to 684 thousand rubles in 2018.
