Review of legislative decisions

The probationary period of work of employees of law enforcement agencies will be taken into account when assigning a pension. The Supreme Council adopted the amendments to the relevant laws in the final reading today. The initiators were the deputies of the Supreme Council Galina Antyufeyeva, Stepan Stepanov, Oleg Petrik and Valery Babchinetsky. The issue was previously regulated by regulatory legal acts, provisions on the passage of service, now it will be spelled out at the legislative level.

A period of 3-6 months will be taken into account when assigning a pension to those who work in the internal affairs bodies, the penal system, the service of bailiffs, tax and customs authorities, prosecutors and the Investigative Committee. The adopted legislations were sent to the President for signature.

The plenary session supported the initiative of the deputies to broadcast the court hearings on radio, television and on the Internet. The authors of the amendments Igor Buga, Ruslan Gareev, Andrey Safonov and Pavel Shinkaryuk emphasized the importance of ensuring citizens' access to justice, the necessary openness and transparency of the courts. Amendments to the Constitutional Law “On the Constitutional Court”, to the Code of Administrative Offenses, the Arbitration and Civil Procedure Codes, to the laws “On Personal Data” and “On Providing Access to Information on the Activities of the PMR Courts” were adopted in the final reading. The order of broadcasting is prescribed. Permission to conduct an online meeting is given by the court, taking into account the presence of secret information protected by law. The package of legislations was sent to the signature of the President.

The norms of the Law "On State Duty" have been adjusted. It will become possible by means of the Portal of Public Services to receive repeated certificates and certificates from the registry office in electronic form. It will be necessary to pay the state duty when submitting an application, since certificates are issued through the Public Services Portal upon availability of payment. Deputies adopted the law-in-draft in the final reading.
