Commitments must be fulfilled

Deputies of the Committee on Agriculture, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Environment offered to supplement the Land Code regulations governing the issues related to non-payment of the share acquisition. According to the authors of the law-in-draft, failure to comply with the obligations may result in the emergence of arrears in the payment of material compensation in the form of money to beneficiaries of guaranteed payments, cause the injection of the social situation in the republic and, therefore, should be the basis for the termination of use of land or a lease.

The Ministry of Agriculture supported the idea. Deputy corps voted for the law-in-draft in the first reading.
