A scientific and practical conference "Economic, political and legal aspects of the development of society in modern conditions" was held in the Tiraspol interregional university. A large amount of work was done by parliamentarians in the legislative regulation of migration issues. The mechanism for obtaining citizenship of the PMR was simplified as much as possible, all barriers were eliminated. This issue was touched upon in his speech by the Chairman of the Committee on Education, Science and Culture Mikhail Burla. According to him, thanks to the action of the simplified procedure a migration increase in population was established, for the first time in the last 25 years. The legislator made a presentation on the topic "Modeling as a factor for improving management effectiveness". The republic also needs to develop a certain model, an in-depth analysis, identify shortcomings and imbalances to improve the situation in the economy,.

The state should guarantee investors stability. This model, according to Mikhail Burla, is in the draft laws on state support for investment activities. The document was adopted in the first reading, the work on the received amendments continues in the profile committee.
