Exchange of views at the parliamentary site

The Supreme Council Chairman Vadim Krasnoselsky met with the head of delegation, a deputy of Bundestag Fritz Felgentroy. As part of a foreign delegation there are - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Germany to the Republic of Moldova Ulrike Maria Knots, director of the German-Moldovan Forum Yulia Maeser.

The meeting was attended from Pridnestrovian side by the first President of PMR, the head of the Consultative Assembly of the First Pridnestrovian deputies under the Chairman of the Supreme Council Igor Smirnov, ex-Minister of Foreign Affairs Valery Litskai and Vladimir Yastrebchak.

This is the first visit of German deputy to Tiraspol. He was interested in the possibility of direct dialogue to find out the opinion of the head of the legislative body of Pridnestrovie about prospects for resolution of the Moldova-Pridnestrovian conflict, resumption of negotiations between Chisinau and Tiraspol.

Further dialogue between the parties was held behind closed doors.
