On mutual debts

One of the forms of interaction, joint search for solutions to problems are joint meetings of the presidiums of the parliament and the government. Its use is the initiative of the President Vadim Krasnoselsky.

A letter with a proposal to hold a regular meeting of the presidiums of parliament and government on October 4 was sent to the address of the Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Shcherba, Prime Minister Alexander Martynov. Representatives of the supreme executive body suggest that the deputies discuss the problem of debts accumulated by the population and legal entities before MGUP Tyrasteploenergo. The heat supply enterprise, unlike the power engineers, who have the ability to point out the power supply point, has practically no leverage on non-payers. The debts of consumers to the supply enterprises exceed 200 million rubles, the amount is very significant.

Without detracting from the significance of the problem, the members of the Presidium of the Supreme Council, having expressed their readiness to meet with colleagues from the Cabinet of Ministers, proposed to use a comprehensive approach for solving it. Under this, people's deputies, first of all, have in mind debts as state (as an example the housing and communal services sector was cited) and private enterprises to employees. The Prosecutor's Office and the courts are connected to its decision. Having on their hands executive orders to collect funds, people can not get money. In addition, over the past years, their incomes have decreased due to the repeatedly changing (not upward) rate of the Pridnestrovian ruble per dollar.

Chairman of the Committee of the Supreme Council for the AIC, Transport, Construction, Natural Resources and Ecology Oleg Leontev pointed to a number of aspects of the state's non-fulfilled debt obligations. This is the debt owed to suppliers to medical institutions of medicines, food products in kindergartens, schools, hospitals, social facilities.

Members of the presidium of the Supreme Council expect the government to provide relevant materials aimed at a comprehensive solution of the problem of mutual non-payments for the purposeful and concrete discussion of the problem of mutual debts. After that, the date of the joint meeting of the presidiums of the parliament and the government and its agenda will be determined.
