The difficulties and achievements of AIC

The main issue of the agenda of consultative assembly of the first Pridnestrovian Deputies - is the situation in the agricultural sector of the republic. Detailed report on the status of the AIC was presented by the Minister of Agriculture and Natural Resources Efimy Koval. Vice-Speaker Galina Antyufeeva, deputies Peter Pasat, Andrei Safonov, Vadim Kravchuk, Sergey Pisarenko participated in the meeting. Heads of administrations of cities and districts, representatives of public organizations were also invited to participate in the discussion.

According to the head of the relevant ministry, last year was successful for agriculture.

The President Vadim Krasnoselsky instructed profile ministry to normalize the situation in the agricultural sector. The Ministry of Agriculture, and profile committee of the Supreme Council are actively working on it. Deputy corps supported the legislative initiative, designed to exempt from land tax residents of rural areas who use the land for grazing and mowing. Tariff policy will be determined in the near future. As Efimy Koval emphasized the irrigation costs should be reduced. The Minister of Agriculture also reminded that Russia allocated about 2.4 billion Russian rubles for the reconstruction of reclamation systems. In the course of the trip, a delegation of Pridnestrovian Government to Moscow the opportunity to expand the irrigated area was discussed.

The head of the Ministry of Agriculture told about situation with land share payments. On behalf of the President a normative document was developed, which would determine the mechanism of funds allocation among the shareholders.
