Once, in the Soviet era the residents of Slobodzeya were called "breadwinners of the North". Produced by them fruits and vegetables fresh or processed form was sent to all, including the most distant corners of the Soviet Union. Former glory is in the past, but residents of the districts, landlords do not give up - they still grow wheat, harvested fruits and vegetables, working on the ground.

Inhabitant of Slobodzeya district Irina Boboc was interested in the action of a single agricultural tax and tariffs for irrigation. These questions were answered on behalf of the Speaker by the head of the profile parliamentary Committee on Agriculture, Deputy of Slobodzeya district residents Efimy Koval.

Parliamentarian from the village Kitskany Alexander Mikhailov emphasized parliamentarians to "tariff confusion" and suggested that the Government has recently taken a decision to reduce 20% of tariffs on energy for rural settlements extended to owners and entrepreneurs working in rural areas.
