This time, members of the presidium of the legislature discussed the issues of the agenda that are planned to be submitted for consideration in the course of the upcoming plenary meetings.

The initiative to change some of the norms of the law “On licensing certain types of activities” was made by deputies of the Committee for Development of Business and Industry Viktor Guzun and Vadim Kravchuk. Parliamentarians suppose that entrepreneurs need to be given the opportunity to conduct current construction without a license. Previously, this problem was raised by deputies of the parliamentary committee on agro-industrial complex engaged in agribusiness. The reason for the development of the relevant draft law was the appeal of a number of specialized construction organizations, which came to the address of the Supreme Council.

People's deputy considers that the adoption of this legislative initiative will serve to simplify procedures, reduce administrative barriers, free entrepreneurs from additional costs. An important point in the proposal of the deputy tandem is the fact that it does not concern the actual construction and overhaul of buildings and structures. Construction organizations must have a license to perform these types of work.

The deputies have to consider amendments to the law “On the lease of state and municipal property”. They take into account the special role of post offices and the Savings Bank in providing such a socially important function as the delivery of pensions. In this regard, it has been proposed to include it in the list of organizations that are entitled to conclude a direct contract with the lessor.

The legislative initiative will be recommended for adoption in the second reading to deputies of the Supreme Council, with a collective author — the Council of People's Deputies of the Slobodzeya District and Slobodzeya. As noted in the explanatory note to the law-in-draft, "today in the territory of settlements of the Slobodzeya district, including the city of Slobodzeya, there is a great need for cutting down perennial trees, sanitary pruning, cleaning from dry branches and boughs". This problem is especially acute for owners of private households, more precisely, their gardens. Deputies of Slobodzeya in this regard propose to supplement the list of types of entrepreneurial activity that may be carried out on the basis of a patent with sawing trees and shrubs, including using special equipment.

When discussing the law-in-draft in the first reading, the parliamentarians had many questions concerning the possibility of ensuring security during the conduct of this kind of work, and responsibility in the event of an accident. In preparing the law-in-draft for adoption in the second reading various proposals were voiced during the discussions.

The popularization of domestically produced goods is spelled out in the Pridnestrovian Development Strategy for the next eight years. The legislative reinforcement of this installation - the government has taken the initiative to consolidate the legal norm, according to which merchants must specifically designate produced in Pridnestrovie goods.
