The proposal is aimed at compliance with the principle of unity of the status of judges in Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic. In particular, it is proposed to set the maximum age of a judge of the Constitutional Court - 65 years. Current legislation sets the age limit for appointment as judges of the Constitutional Court 58 years.
In addition, the plans of the responsible committee – consider how to make the powers of the Constitutional Court judges perpetual. This is due to shortage of professional judicial personnel. In this regard, the head of the profile Committee Galina Antyufeeva noted the need for a comprehensive approach to improving the judicial legislation, appropriate reforms.
As the head of the Committee on Economic Policy, Budget and Finance Aleksandr Martynov informed, its members recommended the deputies to adopt the legislative initiative of Alexander Korshunov in the second reading on the suspension of the "tax on losses". In addition, the Supreme Council received a similar legislative initiative of the President. The essence is the following: if the revenue from the sale of enterprises own production is not less than 70%, they are exempt from the payment of "tax on losses". The difference is that the president's initiative extends to 2015.
