The discussion of issues of the agenda at the meeting of “The Obnovlenie” was preceded by the information of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic Vitaly Ignatiev on the state of foreign policy and the negotiation process. It slowed down due to the parliamentary elections in Moldova and the procedures related to the formation of the legislature and the government in the future. Although the work of the expert groups continues, the Moldovan representatives take part as acting members.

Members of “The Obnovlenie” during the dialogue asked the Minister of Foreign Affairs questions regarding inter alia the free trade regime with the countries of the European Union, the work of the joint border and customs points of Moldova and Ukraine (on Ukrainian territory) in Kuchurgany, imports of medicines to the republic, apostilization of diplomas of Pridnestrovian educational institutions, the use of neutral car numbers, the organization of voting at the elections of the Ukrainian president, the activity of American diplomacy in the region, etc.
Members of “The Onbovlenie” faction discussed the topics of increasing the effectiveness of state-run media, increasing the salaries of their employees, adjusting the current norms of the law "On the republican budget for 2019" (due to the presence of the treasury of cash balances transferred from last year, equal to 130 million rubles.), the ability to perform certain types of construction work (painting, plastering, putty) without a license, assignment of academic degrees in the course of the discussion of the legislations, introduced to the agenda of the upcoming plenary session.
