About the situation on the ground

Questions of republican and local nature were raised during the meeting, held in Dubossary town and district council. To live open dialogue were invited head of state administration, deputies of local councils, business leaders, members of the public. The head Vadim Krasnoselsky, vice-speaker Alexander Shcherba, Deputy Peter Pasat, Oleg Bayev and Andrei Sipchenko presented the Legislature. The Chairman of Dubossary town and district council Anatoly Sytnik was a moderator of the meeting. He informed on the progress of solutions previously raised by voters during the meetings with the leadership of the parliament issues relating to public utilities, state schools, to ensure mobile phones of some villages. The Supreme Council contributed to resolve urgent matters.

The Supreme Council Chairman Vadim Krasnoselsky added that much depends on the resolution of the situation to consolidate branches. For example, many questions of public utilities, according to the head of the legislature, appeared not because of the lack of funding of the industry, but due to the lack of proper control of spending of allocated financial and material resources.

In the course of the meeting they talked about the development of Orthodoxy in the republic, construction and reconstruction in Dubossary district churches. The speaker noted the importance of this and called for the development of Orthodox culture.

Residents of Dubossary worry about action of adopted this year as part of anti-crisis laws rules on the building amnesty. This measure allows you to enter into service under the simplified scheme property without the use of administrative responsibility. On paper, the provision for building amnesty must act within one year, starting from January 1, 2016, however, in practice Dubossary residents say that the mechanism does not work. The vice-speaker Alexander Shcherba to remedy the situation offered to hold a meeting with representatives of the Ministry of Justice, State Administration, deputies of both local and Supreme Councils.

A problem of providing specialized kindergarten professional personnel, patching of adjacent territories are not without attention. These problems, according to Vadim Krasnoselsky should be resolved at the level of the executive branch. The Speaker urged the local council of deputies to respond to the needs of electors and exercise their supervisory functions, if necessary.
