On the state of affairs in the towns and regions of the republic

The President in the course of the weekly video conference was informed about the situation in towns and regions of the republic. The Head of Bendery told about progress in the implementation of the project to install uniform monuments to the deceased defenders of Pridnestrovie, buried at the Borisov cemetery in Bendery. It is planned this year to install 50 monuments. According to the mayor Roman Ivanchenko, the work is underway, the current stage is expected to be completed in the summer. Vadim Krasnoselsky emphasized that a significant date for all Pridnestrovians, the 19th of June, the Day of the tragedy in Bendery, should serve as a guide.

The Head of Slobodzeya paid special attention in his report to the achievements of local athletes, voicing the victories of the past week. Vasily Tishchenko noted that the Slobodzeya sports school traditionally trains high-level professionals in various sports.

The Head of Grigoriopol announced the opening of the season at the karting track. Oleg Gabuzha noted that the improvement and development of the sports and entertainment facility continues. The arrangement of stands, under-tribune rooms and a referee's tower is planned in the near future.

The President discussed current issues related to the implementation of the Capital Investment Fund 2023 and other development programs with the heads of state administrations.  The meeting was attended by Chairman of the Supreme Council Alexander Korshunov and Chairman of the Government Alexander Rosenberg.
